Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions through genuine interactions
  • Promote Coach's Insider Program and drive add-on sales including gift cards and loyalty enrollment
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged merchandise according to established standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap area organized, clean, and fully stocked; monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational consistency across the sales floor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with flexibility
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom
