Coach is hiring a seasonal Lead Cashier in Lehi, Utah for holiday coverage. Competitive hourly pay ($15–$19.50) plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift card offerings as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and full compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail operations, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail environments. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Lehi, Utah, USA, within easy reach of Salt Lake City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
