Coach in Las Vegas seeks a part-time Lead Cashier at the Las Vegas Outlet Center to deliver exceptional checkout service and support the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and memorable customer service at the cashwrap, managing checkout interactions and ensuring brand-aligned client experiences.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and relevant add-on sales to maximise transaction value and customer retention.
- Ensure strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions in accordance with company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organised, clean cashwrap; monitor POS and mobile hardware and report equipment issues immediately.
- Support development of the front-line team by training, mentoring and modelling operational and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile checkout technology with basic computer literacy.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre between sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of experience in cashiering or retail sales; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
