Coach Cashier III - Lead Cashier position in Lancaster, PA. Retail leadership role with customer service and team mentoring focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly to create lasting impressions
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift card offerings
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. routinely, up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
