Coach Lead Cashier in Key West, FL. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage cashwrap operations. Part-time, $15–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout through warm greetings and genuine interactions, creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
- Lift and manipulate merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. routinely; up to 50 lbs. occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office applications
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant work experience may substitute for formal education requirements.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
