Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating memorable brand experiences
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards to drive revenue and customer loyalty
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
- Maintain a clean and organized cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to junior cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
- Demonstrate core competencies including customer focus, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and learning agility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and navigate sales floors and stockrooms
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail positions; luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
