Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and create lasting brand impressions.
- Operate POS systems and mobile point-of-sale devices accurately while promoting the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards.
- Ensure precise cash handling, media management and compliance with company policies and loss-prevention standards.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods per company procedures and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment issues promptly.
- Assist in training, mentoring and developing cashier colleagues to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cashier or retail positions; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
