Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, actively promoting add-on sales, gift cards, and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, media management, and strict compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards while completing end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap area organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Train, mentor, and support cashiers to uphold consistent service excellence and operational accuracy across the team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software systems
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency

1+ years in cashier or retail positions; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education or retail certifications considered favorably.
