Coach Lead Cashier (Cashier II) in Grove City, PA—$15–$18.50/hr, part-time retail role with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout with warm greetings and lasting impressions
- Promote Coach's Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and policy compliance
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
