Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier in Estero, Florida, to deliver excellent checkout service, promote the Insider Program, maintain cashwrap accuracy, and support cashier training. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression.
- Represent the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management, and comply with all policies.
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean, monitor equipment, and report issues promptly.
- Assist with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
