Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient cashier service at the cashwrap and in-line, serving as an Insider Program ambassador and primary point of client interaction.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, repairs, and damaged-item procedures using POS and Mobile POS systems; handle cash and media with precision.
- Maintain cashwrap organisation, SKU accuracy, inventory documentation, and store cleanliness; complete end-of-shift audits.
- Suggest add-ons and promote gift cards to drive incremental sales and elevate the client purchase experience.
- Support onboarding and training of cashiers; report equipment issues and contribute to continuous improvement of till operations.
- Demonstrate brand standards as a Coach ambassador, including adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Remain composed under pressure; multitask across transactions, client engagement, and operational tasks while prioritising client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence customer decisions and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and moving between sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or outlet experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality education considered in combination with relevant experience.

Compensation
