Coach seeks a Lead Cashier in Destin, Florida. Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, manage POS operations, and mentor team members. $15–$19.50/hr, part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all financial policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report any issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
