Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Act as brand ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company procedures; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational procedures; support team development
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for peak seasons and high-traffic retail days
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
