Lead Cashier at Coach, Cypress, Texas. Part-time retail position delivering customer service and supporting team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
  • Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and full compliance with company policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean while monitoring equipment and promptly reporting operational issues
  • Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles (luxury retail experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
