Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalised clienteling to cultivate repeat clientele and drive conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets during the temporary assignment or seasonal period.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Support inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and receiving shipments.
- Adhere to cash-handling protocols and loss-prevention procedures to protect store assets.
- Contribute to opening/closing procedures, store housekeeping and ad-hoc promotional events or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanor.
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the United States (if based in the U.S.) and ability to stand and be active for full shifts.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience is expected; prior experience in a luxury or premium-brand environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in retail or customer service is an asset.
