Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets by presenting product stories, styling solutions and targeted recommendations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready‑to‑wear; communicate features, craftsmanship and brand heritage confidently.
- Execute merchandising and visual display standards, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, handle cash and returns accurately, and support daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Support inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention protocols to preserve product integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with store leadership on client events, private appointments and in‑store experiences that elevate brand presence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within leather goods, accessories or fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to develop repeat clientele through effective clienteling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and a customer‑centric demeanour.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States (where applicable).
