Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store sales operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.
  • Execute inventory management tasks: goods receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain and implement visual merchandising standards to ensure windows and floor sets reflect seasonal directives and brand presentation.
  • Deliver proactive clienteling: assist with appointment management, follow‑ups, and maintaining client records to drive repeat business.
  • Process returns, exchanges and special orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and inventory reports to store management; escalate operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team and regional support to coordinate product transfers, events and promotional activities.
  • Coach and mentor junior retail staff on operational best practices and brand standards when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail operations or sales support experience; luxury or premium fashion background preferred.
  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, stock reconciliation and basic reporting.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
