Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling, refunds and gift receipts; maintain POS and store records.
  • Manage inventory activities: replenishment, stock transfers, receiving and cycle counts, while supporting loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in product training, team meetings and promotional events; coach junior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium or fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks as required.

Experience
