Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high‑touch client service through proactive engagement, product storytelling and personalised recommendations.
  • Meet daily and shift sales objectives by converting traffic and maximising average transaction value.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with store policy.
  • Support merchandising and visual directives: maintain floor standards, replenish stock and assist with window and in‑store displays.
  • Build and update client records through clienteling activities, follow up on enquiries and manage appointments when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer‑facing experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred but not required.
  • Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanour aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated sales orientation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods, and adapt to changing shift patterns during the temporary assignment.
  • Authorization to work in the job country without sponsorship for the duration of the contract.
