Coach General Manager in Rosemont, Illinois—lead store strategy, sales, clienteling, and team in luxury retail. $70K–$114K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and track sales and productivity goals; adjust strategies based on market trends and shifts
- Forecast sales, plan payroll, and align hiring with business needs
- Partner with corporate teams to implement operational processes and ensure product flow
- Model and coach selling and service standards; lead team selling and floor leadership
- Develop clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Act as a trusted fashion advisor; share trends and styling insights
- Resolve customer issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; maintain strong bench strength
- Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and create development action plans
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-energy culture; recognize and reward performance
- Own daily operations: scheduling, payroll, inventory, HR, and loss prevention
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure adherence to POS and operational policies
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools effectively

Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Store Manager in retail, preferably luxury retail
- Proven ability in sales strategies, clienteling, and team development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with retail systems
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail days
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
3+ years as a Store Manager in retail environments, with proven track record in sales strategies, team development, and clienteling in a customer-facing luxury or retail setting. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail management experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. A combination of education and professional retail management experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
