Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and model best-in-class selling and service standards; develop and implement clienteling programmes to grow long-term customer loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop high-performing teams; deliver timely performance evaluations and structured development plans.
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control, POS compliance, loss prevention and adherence to operational policies.
- Maintain and elevate store visual presentation and merchandising standards in partnership with visual teams.
- Build collaborative relationships with district and corporate partners; communicate priorities and ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
- Act as a people leader within the region, providing strategic and HR support as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, clienteling, team development and achieving financial targets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with POS and retail systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

A minimum of three years' experience leading a retail store management team, with demonstrable success in driving sales, clienteling initiatives and operational excellence; luxury retail background preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
