Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute store sales strategy and productivity targets; monitor results and adapt tactics in response to market trends.
  • Forecast sales, manage payroll and align hiring to meet business objectives while optimising labour and product flow.
  • Lead and model best-in-class selling and service standards; develop and implement clienteling programmes to grow long-term customer loyalty.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop high-performing teams; deliver timely performance evaluations and structured development plans.
  • Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control, POS compliance, loss prevention and adherence to operational policies.
  • Maintain and elevate store visual presentation and merchandising standards in partnership with visual teams.
  • Build collaborative relationships with district and corporate partners; communicate priorities and ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Act as a people leader within the region, providing strategic and HR support as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, clienteling, team development and achieving financial targets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with POS and retail systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift and handle up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
