Coach General Manager job in Allen, Texas: lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop high-performing teams in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and track sales and productivity goals, adjusting strategies based on market trends and performance data
  • Forecast sales, plan payroll allocations, and align hiring strategies with business requirements
  • Model and coach selling and service standards; lead team selling efforts and floor leadership initiatives
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and strengthen brand loyalty
  • Serve as a trusted fashion advisor, sharing trend insights and styling guidance with the team and customers
  • Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach and maintain high satisfaction standards
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while maintaining strong bench strength and succession planning
  • Evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized development action plans

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Store Manager experience in luxury retail or equivalent
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution
  • Demonstrated success in clienteling and customer relationship management
  • Strong track record of team development and talent retention
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with retail management systems and POS platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and regularly manage 25 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
