Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Support daily sales targets through frontline coaching, motivation of associates, and reinforcement of key selling behaviours.
- Provide on‑the‑floor coaching, real‑time feedback, and development to team members to elevate service, selling and beverage craft.
- Manage operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, inventory and ordering, cash handling, and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects the Coach luxury experience.
- Respond to guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally, escalating as required.
- Act as a local brand ambassador to represent Coach within the mall or community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or food service.
- Demonstrated experience in customer‑facing roles with the ability to delegate and develop others.
- Proficiency with food & beverage operating systems and basic inventory processes.
- Knowledge of and compliance with food safety, cash handling, and store operating policies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or food service, with hands‑on experience in guest service and team delegation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in hospitality, retail management, or food safety preferred.
