Coach seeks Food & Beverage Supervisor in Glendale, Arizona. Lead coffee shop operations, manage staff, and drive customer satisfaction. $50K–$70K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and foster a positive work environment
  • Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
  • Partner with District Manager on organizational objectives and strategic alignment with company priorities
  • Order products and conduct inventory management to ensure proper coffee shop operations
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Balance cash registers and prepare daily deposits
  • Maintain store cleanliness, upkeep, and welcoming atmosphere
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive business development
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees to elevate customer service standards
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, POS procedures, and operational standards
  • Monitor physical tasks and complete all daily assignments without compromising Coach brand standards

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or food service management experience
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of direct customer-facing experience
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
  • Demonstrated proficiency with food and beverage operating systems and POS platforms
  • Ability to meet store safety, security, and cash handling standards
  • Capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, and kneel

Experience
