Coach seeks Food & Beverage Supervisor in Glendale, Arizona. Lead coffee shop operations, manage staff, and drive customer satisfaction. $50K–$70K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and foster a positive work environment
- Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
- Partner with District Manager on organizational objectives and strategic alignment with company priorities
- Order products and conduct inventory management to ensure proper coffee shop operations
- Manage customer complaints and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Balance cash registers and prepare daily deposits
- Maintain store cleanliness, upkeep, and welcoming atmosphere
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive business development
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees to elevate customer service standards
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, POS procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor physical tasks and complete all daily assignments without compromising Coach brand standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or food service management experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year of direct customer-facing experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
- Demonstrated proficiency with food and beverage operating systems and POS platforms
- Ability to meet store safety, security, and cash handling standards
- Capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, and kneel
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or food service management experience, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year in customer-facing roles and 6 months to 1 year experience delegating and coordinating multiple team members.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
