The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports Coach’s store leadership team in delivering excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards while coaching associates and supporting store operations. The role requires at least one year of retail or food service management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift and maneuver stock; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and building lasting guest relationships.
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors.
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to strengthen beverage craft, selling, and service skills.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues professionally and urgently.
- Uphold Coach’s brand values, ensure a consistent luxury experience, and represent the brand in the local market or mall.
- Support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Coach and develop team members in alignment with district priorities and Coach values.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or food service management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
