Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY to lead retail sales, team development and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Coach, train and develop associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and on‑the‑floor mentoring.
  • Drive clienteling activities to deepen customer relationships and maximize repeat business.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are executed consistently.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Control inventory accuracy, support receiving and stock replenishment, and collaborate on loss‑prevention measures.
  • Handle client escalations and complex service requests while maintaining the brand's elevated customer experience.
  • Support scheduling, basic payroll administration and reporting to the Store Manager or District leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong coaching ability with experience delivering on‑the‑job training and performance development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident handling client escalations.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
