Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Coach, train and develop associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and on‑the‑floor mentoring.
- Drive clienteling activities to deepen customer relationships and maximize repeat business.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are executed consistently.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Control inventory accuracy, support receiving and stock replenishment, and collaborate on loss‑prevention measures.
- Handle client escalations and complex service requests while maintaining the brand's elevated customer experience.
- Support scheduling, basic payroll administration and reporting to the Store Manager or District leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong coaching ability with experience delivering on‑the‑job training and performance development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident handling client escalations.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years of progressive retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within luxury or premium retail environments; demonstrable sales leadership and team development history.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
