Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional client service and consistently achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate associates through regular feedback, floor training and performance management.
  • Oversee daily floor operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising standards and receipt/processing of merchandise.
  • Manage clienteling activities: cultivate repeat business through personalised outreach, appointment management and loyalty programme engagement.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, support stock counts and implement loss-prevention controls in partnership with store leadership.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to optimise coverage for peak periods while controlling labour costs.
  • Prepare and deliver concise sales and operational reports to the Store Manager and contribute to local business planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams to meet sales objectives and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory control and basic financial reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to small teams and coaching on the sales floor.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
