Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and operational KPIs, including sales per square foot and conversion rates.
  • Coach, recruit and develop the store team; set performance standards, conduct reviews and deliver training to ensure consistent luxury service.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and merchandising standards to preserve brand presentation and reduce shrinkage.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store layout execution to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand directives.
  • Own administrative duties including payroll, scheduling, cash handling procedures and compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized service, clienteling and CRM follow-up.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on marketing initiatives, events and local store promotions to maximize traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a retail team and drive accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success in meeting/exceeding sales and margin targets.
  • High standards for visual merchandising and brand presentation in a luxury retail environment.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control, loss-prevention practices and cash-management procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional clienteling and customer-service orientation.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
