Coach seeks a Store Manager in New York, NY to lead store operations, drive luxury client experiences, and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, develop and coach store team members; establish service standards and run regular performance reviews and training.
  • Own P&L accountability for the store: manage budgets, control expenses and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
  • Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation standards to ensure cohesive in-store storytelling and seasonal rollouts.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through clienteling, CRM utilisation and personalised service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on promotions, local marketing activities and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and retail legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in retail management with experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with responsibility for sales targets, margin management and store P&L.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills with experience building high-performing teams.
  • Advanced customer-facing skills and a track record of building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
