Coach seeks a Store Manager in New York, NY to lead store operations, drive luxury client experiences, and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, develop and coach store team members; establish service standards and run regular performance reviews and training.
- Own P&L accountability for the store: manage budgets, control expenses and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
- Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation standards to ensure cohesive in-store storytelling and seasonal rollouts.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and loss-prevention protocols.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through clienteling, CRM utilisation and personalised service initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on promotions, local marketing activities and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and retail legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in retail management with experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with responsibility for sales targets, margin management and store P&L.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills with experience building high-performing teams.
- Advanced customer-facing skills and a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories, with documented success in achieving sales targets and managing store profitability.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
