Coach is hiring an eCommerce Testing Analyst in New York to lead A/B testing and analytics for online retail (Coach, New York).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams by extracting, validating and analyzing Ecommerce data to inform operational and merchandising decisions.
- Design, implement and monitor A/B tests and personalization experiments; analyze results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build, maintain and update dashboards and recurring reports to measure site and campaign performance.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify trends, performance gaps and optimization opportunities across customer, transactional and behavioral datasets.
- Leverage cross-platform data sources to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure reporting consistency.
- Maintain data accuracy across reporting outputs and contribute to improvements in analytics processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or Ecommerce analytics and/or A/B testing.
- Working knowledge of statistics and experimental measurement methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex data into concise reporting and business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce or digital analytics, experimentation, or personalization initiatives with demonstrated ability to execute tests, analyze results and deliver operational reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
