Coach is hiring an eCommerce Testing Analyst in New York to lead A/B testing and analytics for online retail (Coach, New York).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional teams by extracting, validating and analyzing Ecommerce data to inform operational and merchandising decisions.
  • Design, implement and monitor A/B tests and personalization experiments; analyze results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Build, maintain and update dashboards and recurring reports to measure site and campaign performance.
  • Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify trends, performance gaps and optimization opportunities across customer, transactional and behavioral datasets.
  • Leverage cross-platform data sources to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure reporting consistency.
  • Maintain data accuracy across reporting outputs and contribute to improvements in analytics processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or Ecommerce analytics and/or A/B testing.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and experimental measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into concise reporting and business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
