Coach District Manager - Outlets role in Pahang, Malaysia. Lead luxury retail operations across outlet stores with 10+ years retail management experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and drive all retail business aspects across the district, including customer service, sales performance, team development, and operations
- Develop and implement proactive selling culture focused on clienteling and long-term customer relationship building
- Create and maintain brand ambassador presence in the marketplace, actively promoting Coach values and vision
- Oversee store environments and key business indicators with Regional Manager to identify opportunities and provide coaching to Store Managers
- Develop and execute retention and succession planning strategies for the district
- Establish clear vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with company priorities and values
- Manage budget forecasting and planning while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Visual, Merchandising, Planning, HR, LP, Finance, and Store Operations
- Partner with buying team to provide customer and competitor trend insights for assortment and planning strategy
- Work with marketing teams to provide customer mindset analysis and competitor activity assessments for locally relevant strategy execution
- Partner with Store Environment to inform visual merchandising and design decisions based on customer flows and shopping behaviors
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management experience in luxury multi-unit retail environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven ability to create strategies and deliver measurable results
- Track record of attracting and retaining exceptional talent
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
