Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching and performance management of the sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and drive clienteling initiatives to grow loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock management and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Recruit, train and develop sales associates; create schedules and manage staffing levels to meet business needs.
  • Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts and collaborate on loss-prevention measures to protect company assets.
  • Analyze sales reports, traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety regulations and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail trading patterns.

Experience
