Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance tailored to individual preferences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, supporting social media engagement initiatives and local market presence
  • Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
  • Execute suggestive selling techniques to promote add-on products, gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand specifications
  • Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, sales, or related functions, preferably within a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication, ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
