Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients through proactive clienteling, product storytelling and attentive follow-up to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling complementary product categories.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, manage returns and handle cash responsibly following store procedures.
  • Support inventory operations including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Participate in store events, promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
  • Keep up-to-date product and brand knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship details and current collections, to inform client recommendations.
  • Contribute to a professional, organized and safe store environment by adhering to operational policies and teamwork standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with a polished, client-focused manner suited to luxury retail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Attention to detail in visual presentation, cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Legal right to work in the United States (where applicable) and reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.

Experience
