Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store teams, including sales transaction oversight, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Manage order processing, stock replenishment and inventory control to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Deliver high-touch client service and clienteling activities, including follow-ups, appointment coordination and maintaining client records.
- Prepare and analyse sales and inventory reports to inform merchandising and replenishment decisions.
- Support visual merchandising set-ups and ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Act as a liaison between store and regional/central teams to resolve operational issues and implement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff on processes, systems and client service best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury retail or premium brand environments with a strong client-service orientation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail operations: cash handling, POS workflows and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional client-facing demeanor.
- Strong numeracy and analytical capability to manage sales reporting and basic KPI interpretation.
- Flexible availability to support peak retail periods, events and weekend shifts.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires multiple years (approximately 3+ years) of progressive experience in retail operations within luxury or premium brands, including direct exposure to sales support, inventory management and clienteling. Prior experience mentoring colleagues or leading small store initiatives is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
