Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product suggestions
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Provide operational support to teammates as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain composure, accept feedback, and adapt behaviors to evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Familiarity with reading price sheets and release information
  • Walkie-talkie operation experience

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
