Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience consistent with Coach brand standards, cultivating long-term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across handbags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to provide accurate styling advice and storytelling.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain boutique standards for presentation, housekeeping and inventory placement.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns and exchanges according to policy.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and sales initiatives; collaborate with the store team to optimise traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven excellence in customer service; polished interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
  • Prior retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Comfort with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing.
