Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor to uphold Coach’s luxury positioning and convert visits into sales.
  • Support store leadership with daily sales operations including point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges, and accurate cash handling.
  • Execute merchandising standards and visual directives to maintain a premium, on-brand presentation of product and shop floor.
  • Manage inventory tasks: receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation and cycle counts to ensure product availability.
  • Perform clienteling activities using the store CRM to build relationships, capture client preferences and follow up on leads.
  • Assist with loss-prevention procedures and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during shifts.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, special events and product launches, and escalate client or operational issues to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail qualifications advantageous.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury brands, or prior seasonal/temporary retail roles.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for delivering high-touch customer service and achieving sales objectives.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to stand and move across the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience

Preferably 0–2 years of retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments and seasonal or temporary assignments viewed positively.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or hospitality certification is a plus.
