Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients on the sales floor and via phone or digital channels, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Support sales transactions using the store’s point-of-sale system; process payments, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory control: receive and unpack deliveries, conduct stock counts, replenish the sales floor and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support clienteling activities by maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads and orders.
  • Collaborate with store management on daily operations, loss-prevention, and to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment (click & collect, ship-from-store) and assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable commitment to luxury-level client service and discreet, polished communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and strong verbal presentation.
  • Organisational rigour and attention to detail in handling stock, cash and client data.
  • Ability to operate POS systems and learn brand-specific CRM and operational tools.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
