Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, communicate special offers and new menu items, answer inquiries, and process orders and payments accurately
- Prepare specialty beverages including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing espresso and tea, steaming milk, and serving with care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and dining areas, including equipment sanitization and proper waste disposal
- Update signage and refresh displays to attract customer attention and drive engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock displays, countertops, and storage areas as needed
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional food and beverage preparation experience
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty coffee preparation and espresso techniques

Skills

Education
