Coach Barista position in Allen, Texas: $15–$18/hr, part-time retail café role with espresso preparation, customer service, and sales responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and personalized experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menu, food offerings, Coach merchandise, and brand heritage
  • Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages to specification
  • Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and cash handling protocols in accordance with store operating policies
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and deliver cohesive service
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise and equipment (up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally); climb, bend, kneel as required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café or food & beverage setting preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency with food & beverage operating systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days
