Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor coffee shop staff to uphold company standards and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Monitor sales performance and revenue targets while managing budgets, expenses, and cash flow
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and brand guidelines
- Implement customer feedback to enhance service delivery and brand loyalty; address customer complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, and performance metrics; prepare regular reporting
- Conduct staff training on safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Promote store events, seasonal promotions, and engage with local community partnerships
Qualifications
- 3 or more years' experience in retail or food and beverage management
- Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
3 or more years of progressive experience in retail operations or food and beverage management, with demonstrated success in team leadership, financial accountability, and operational execution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000 per annum.
