Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for coffee shop staff to uphold company standards
  • Provide ongoing coaching and address performance improvement areas to foster teamwork and customer focus
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved while managing budgets and cash flow
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, inventory control, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting
  • Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and brand guidelines
  • Implement customer feedback to improve service quality and resolve complaints promptly
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations; conduct staff training on safety and sanitation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, and performance metrics; prepare regular reports
  • Promote store events, seasonal campaigns, and community partnerships to enhance brand loyalty
  • Demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling on sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management
