Coach Coffee Shop Manager in Allen, Texas. Lead F&B operations, manage staff, oversee financials. $75K–$80K annual. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor coffee shop staff to uphold company standards and brand values
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance management, conduct reviews, and address improvement areas
- Foster a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and track cash flow
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and light maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards
- Troubleshoot operational issues such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
- Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and food preparation and adherence to recipes
- Implement customer feedback to improve service and experience
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, and other performance data
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and financial performance
- Conduct safety and sanitation training for staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in retail or food and beverage management
- Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in retail or food and beverage management, with demonstrated success in operational oversight, team leadership, and revenue management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality management, business administration, or food service is preferred but not required.

This position is based in Allen, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000 per annum.
