Coach Barista (Part-Time) in Austin, Texas – $15–$18/hr. Guest engagement, beverage preparation, sales, and team collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and personalized experiences throughout their visit
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise assortment, and Coach brand heritage to inform guest interactions
  • Meet sales objectives by promoting beverages, food items, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability items
  • Support floor sets, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising initiatives to maintain brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and operational standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to solve operational problems and share effective selling strategies

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
  • Ability to comply with store operating policies, food safety regulations, and cash handling procedures
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
