Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty beverages to Coach boutique guests, maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

  • Operate and maintain espresso equipment, grinders, and other beverage stations; perform routine cleaning and light maintenance to ensure operational reliability.

  • Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups and disposable goods; receive and store deliveries and perform stock rotation to minimise waste.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the beverage area and back-of-house in accordance with food-safety and store standards.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and store leadership to support boutique flow, visual presentation and special events or product launches.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or hospitality certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-volume or luxury retail or food/beverage environment.
  • Proven ability to operate espresso machines and prepare consistent beverages; basic latte-art skills are advantageous.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and adherence to local food-safety or health permit requirements.
