Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the store sales team, including preparation of sales materials and coordination of client appointments.
  • Maintain clienteling databases and CRM records to ensure accurate client profiles, follow-ups and activity tracking.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately through the point-of-sale system and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Manage inventory tasks such as stock replenishment, transfers, receiving deliveries and periodic cycle counts in coordination with store management.
  • Prepare and distribute sales and performance reports; assist with basic data analysis to identify trends and support store objectives.
  • Liaise with visual merchandising, logistics and corporate teams to fulfill sample requests, special orders and promotional setups.
  • Support exceptional client service on the sales floor and via phone/email, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail, client service or sales-support roles, preferably within a luxury or fashion environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, client-centric manner.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail schedule.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally within a luxury or fashion brand; demonstrable exposure to sales support, inventory procedures and CRM usage preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
