Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team to optimise customer experience and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Support clienteling efforts: maintain client records, follow up on appointments and sales leads, and execute targeted outreach.
  • Operate POS and process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and floor sets to maintain brand standards and seasonal displays.
  • Maintain organised stockroom and back-of-house areas, ensuring loss-prevention controls and compliance with shrinkage procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports, and escalate operational issues to management as required.
  • Train and mentor junior associates on store procedures, client service protocols and product knowledge when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in a luxury or premium retail environment, demonstrating strong client service and sales support capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory and visual merchandising tasks.
  • Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately and to follow loss-prevention procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
